The problem with B is certainly the pronoun "they".
Now let us look at the word "in which" and see how it relates to the pronoun "which":
I carry my water in a bottle, which is made of glass.
The bottle, in which I carry my water, is made of glass.
Now let us expand this concept:
SRK is in the movie, which has begun (Okay I know it's an ugly example but can't think of a better one right now
)
The movie has begun, in which SRK is the hero.
Does this make sense?
