Guys,

When I am peeling off this sentence, I am getting this:

To formulate supplement would be nearly impossible and would fail to sell

Does this sound good?

(Namely: To formulate supplement would fail to sell. )

Or I misunderstood something?

E is the least of all evils. None of the choices are totally correct.

Option (E) is a better one.

I got stuck between Option (A) and Option (E). In option (A) I felt, "both" is redundant. So I chose Option (E)

Why D is wrong? It seems Ok to me.

This sentence is terrible, the GMAT tries to avoid an infinitive as a subject.
