D. though i found proper comparision in C but because of "thus", which is better than "by"in C, in D sound good to hear.

D over C is better , because C may sound like we are talking about competitors of Globex.

D for me.
This comes down to C or D because you need Galactic Ent to be next to the modifier. In C, the comma before "by" is incorrect.
