I will go with D.

Estimated that..... but predicted that...... parallelism is maintained.
Liquor sale figures have to close to that of last year's (not last year).

goign with (A). We'll want to place declining sales immediately after experienced, as this is what the store is facing - declining sales. It is not experiencing 50%.

Will is better than would as the stores have not maintained the sales figure, it is something that wil happen in the future. The use of 'would' indicates that this event is over (i think, since would is the past tense of will)

OA is D.
I marked C thinking that in D in 'sales declines of upto 50%' , sales declines was awkward. I thought that 'sales declines' should be either 'sales decline or decline in sales'.
Can anyone explain how 'sales declines' can be correct.
