What is the rule behind this one. I chose B as an answer on this one. Can some body please explain why I am wrong on this one

B. they see their children as they had been during their adolescence
Reference to they is unclear

(E) sounds much clearer. What's the OA?

A. they see their children as they were during

D. their children appear to them as they did in

Is it E...2-3 split between they and their..They can refer to anyone children or parents so out.

Between D and E ...D has they again in the end....I am going for E...OA Please?
