Researchers have announced that the magnetic fields emitted by one manufacturer’s

The sentence structure: R announced that MF emitted by SS, … , can interfere …, and that this interaction can bring…
So we need to watch for II and to verify that we have a complete sentence and not just a sentence fragment.
Only A gives us the correct structure.
