SC has been the silent killer for me. Sometimes I do very well and other times I hit rock bottom with these.
I have reviewed the MGMAT book over several times. I know the basics very well.
However, I still run into serious trouble with SC's. I think this is what killed my last GMAT score and robbed me of my V38. I had only been doing OG SC's that I already knew the answers to. So I think my SC abilities went out the window.
Although the week b/f the GMAT I got a nice verbal on my MGMAT test so I dunno wuts up there.
I just don't feel my SC has improved at all for several weeks now and I don't know why. Like I said MGMAT book doesn't do anything for me anymore. I feel like I can recite the chapters.

I think this website hurts my SC abilities. It's my strongest category, due exclusively to instincts (I don't technically know most of the rules), but I start to second-guess myself when perusing the verbal board.
Maybe all of the debate over SC questions posted on this site throw off the gut feel you've developed with your extensive studying.

I can completely relate to the whole SC thing...
GMATBLACKBELT- have you tried the Brutal SC yet? If so, how're you doing on those? So far, i don't to too well on those.
I find myself having good days and bad days in SC as well. Not consistent.
