Going with "B".

Guys, there is a PJ in Hindi ;)

How will you describe a fat lady waiting for something, in a single English word? (Do expect English-Hindi relationship in the answer ;))

Good Fun Vivek - and no prizes for guessing but the answer is MOTIvating :-D

By the way - another vote for B, although took me 2:50 to figure it out.. the problem, according to me, is that all the choices seemed Correct..

no. run-on is a condition where two IC are seperated by coma only. for ex: U2 is an intelligent, he is also active.

no. run-on is a condition where two IC are seperated by coma only. for ex: U2 is an intelligent, SHE is also active.

welfare would limit, motivate

so motivate must have another subjec to be a run-on... correct?

IMO, It doesn't sound like run-on, but definitely changes the meaning of the sentence.

you mean you're Keanu Reeves? if so... yeah... nothing wrong with ya :!: still didn't get the clear answer if you are a girl... if you're, then welcome to girl's club of GMAT torture!!!

trivikram, I think A needs "AND" badly instead of a comma; and B clearly modifies the reform
