SCALED SCORE OF MY PRACTICE EXAM 3 NOT SHOWING UP

After finishing my essay i clicked next and the last page of the exam showed up where u have to reject or accept a score. As it was a practice exam, it stated that in the main exam this would be the time when we would have to accept tor reject our scores. I then continued to click next but nothing was happening. I waited for another 5-10 minutes and clicked next again but was not successful in going to the page showing my marks. I then tried refreshing the page and it wasnt loading then. So i tried opening exam 3 in a new tab. It shows ive attempted the exam but no score shows. If i click on resume, I am just taken to a screen where a grey box where something about gmat practice shows up. If someone could please help me it would be greatly appreciated.
NO SCALED SCORE OR ANY SCORE NEAR THE SECTIONS SHOW AND I CANNOT CLICK ON ANY OF THE SECTIONS.

hi which mock exam was this? if it was the official exam then was the exam given on the new portal or on the old portal?
did you happen to reach out to customer care of the exam company?

I took practice exam no. 2 today and the same thing happened to me!!! this is so bad. GMAC website is a waste. A WASTE.
the question numbers don't load!! i can't see my scaled score! then what's the point :cry:
it is showing that the test has been paused but the site won't load for me to resume the test!!
EDIT: even after clicking on the resume option, nothing is showing up - only a blank page shows up.
i think the resume option is not working :|

Hello, Ri2000 and Aditim12. I suspect the software will be buggy through the end of the month, when the transition to the new interface should be complete. It is awful that someone can invest hours into working through a test for diagnostic purposes only to come up empty-handed, but I suppose you could always try a different test in the meantime. (Perhaps the issue affects only practice tests 2 and 3.) Do not let this obstacle hinder your preparation, even if you have to resort to completing question sets or mocks from third parties.

I can finally see my score now!! :)
I'd emailed them yesterday
There is an update on the new site. A bad update IMO. You can no longer see the difficulty level of your answers. :?

Thanks for the update! It is good they are making updates but it is a bummer the difficulty was removed :(
