Clearly D

A is wrong since "Found in Puerto Rico in 1991" clearly modifies Fossiles. Also "and" is wrong in A.
B is wrong since ',' is between sloth and that.
C is wrong because of the ||ism issue, also, that modifies to sloth
E wrong because of which.

B is also wrong bcos of the usage of "they". It is unclear whom does "they" refer to?
