Hey guys,
I booked my exam appointment for 10th August but did not receive a confirmation mail from GMAC/Pearson. Moreover, the amount 250$ has been debited from my credit card. However, when I open my account on mba.com, it says no future exams scheduled. Has anyone faced a similar issue?
I need to wait till Monday to contact them and I am afraid I will not get my preferred slot now :/
Should I book another slot? Help me out peeps. Thanks.

Hi abhijay ,
I would prefer you to wait for another 24 hours. If you don't receive any update, go ahead and ring them up.
Ideally, this should not have happened, but I have seen people facings such issues. Don't worry, you will soon receive an update from them.
Don't book another slot as they might not refund you the amount. Just talk to them before taking any action.
