Hi there,
Thanks for posting. Congrats on your full scholarship offer, but I also can understand your disappointment with the rest of the process as you described. It sounds like step 1 is deciding, as you asked in your main q, whether to go for the full ride now or re-apply and wait a year. Here are some q's you may wish to ask yourself regarding that decision:
-how important is the full-scholarship to me? Even if I get in to a higher-ranked program, it is not very likely it will be with a full-ride.... BUT will the specific aspects of another program and/or the recruiting benefits etc outweigh that for me long term?? (Sounds like possibly yes since you are on the fence?)
-am I happy with the recruitment outlook (look at employment stats online and through the career services office) at my current school?
-do I feel this program is a great fit for me, in terms of academics, location, student culture, and of course employment prospects as mentioned?
Hopefully those will drive some decisions!! If you do re-apply, your profile from this limited info sounds solid, so yes, ensuring you present yourself in the best possible way, so as to show who YOU are personally and professionally, and what you'll contribute to a given b-school, will be crucial in order to help you stand out in a competitive environment.
