Maybe, you are also Thai :-) Belows are the answer for your questions.

GPA : 3.90 (MBA from Chulalongkorn University)
TOEFL : 263 ( CBT)
GMAT : just 600 :-(

Waiting for your reply..Mr. Siamman. This is my e-mail becoolja@hotmail.com, just in case that you would like to reply directly to me. Will you start PhD in fall 2005?

Hi my friend, I am also Thai!
Maybe I am in the wrong page naa..
I expected to the MS Finance program, not PhD.

I got B.Engineering (GPA 2.3) from Chula,
and another, MBA (3.4) Toefl243 and GMAT650.
BTW, I think I will retake GMAT.

Based on my current GMAT score, I have to think about my target school again. Maybe, just any school in US is fine with me :-)

I think the PhD Finance at Texas A&M is interesting na krab.
It's in the top20 B school, but the PhD program is not
very competitive. I remember that the avg GMAT of PhD there
is about 650. The others that are quite good in Finance are
U of Illinois - Chicago which require minimum 600 (but avg GMAT
there is 680) and U of Denver. However, maybe you already know
and know more than me naa..

BTW, you will apply for the 2005, right?
