i am from India.my sister has scored 720 n has 2 yrs of experience. If she applies to top colleges in australia/Canada how can she apply/find out bout scholorships available

Best starting point would be to tell her to do that sort of stuff herself, that will help a lot!
Other than that the question should be more specific, what do you expect from the scholarship? Full tuition coverage? 5000$ to pay for travel arrangements?
Will she apply for MBA programmes? What schools does she want to apply for?
Tell her to tackle the beast this way:
- find out what she wants to study
- find out where she wants to study
- go to the websites of the selected schools and look at the tuition and funding page
- look for funding through Indian organisations
- there are also helpful sites that let you navigate through international scholarships available
