I am sharing my profile below. I need help with school selection. Your suggestions will be valuable.
Nationality - Indian
Class 10 - 10 CGPA
Class 12 - 81.6
B.tech (Electronics and Communication), Vit Vellore ; CGPA - 8.75
GMAT SCORE - 710
Work Experience - 5 years at a top telecommunication company
Designation - Senior Software Engineer
Extra Curriculars - Founders of 2 student chapters in college. Was President of some other clubs. Currently President of Toastmaster club of my company. Captain of cricket team of the firm. Lead coordinator cultural and events team.
Part of few NGOs

Thanks for reaching out to us at mbaMission. You've got a strong undergrad GPA (note that for MBA admissions your 10/12 grades won't matter). Having 5 years of work experience is also a good time to apply. Otherwise, I don't have much info to say how strong your work profile is. Have you been promoted (I assume) in that time? Any leadership (project or team) experience? Any international exposure?
Seems like strong extracurriculars!
As far as school selection, it's also quite hard to advise on that with such limited information. While you have a good profile on some fronts, it is difficult to shortlist schools without having a cohesive understanding of your profile, goals, leadership experience, etc. Do DM and we could discuss a slot for a free profile evaluation. Initial calls and brainstorming would help to shortlist schools for you.
