I will choose 'C'.
I eliminated 'E' because of 'have seen stars' which implies that the stars are still exploding which I feel is not right.

answer is e according to PR (parallelism also...have...seen is the correct idiom vs. have saw).

Remove the part within commas and if the sentence makes sense, pick that up.

I did not pick up D because of the usage of 'being'
