It is difficult to give you advice without knowing more about your background. What was your first GMAT Q and V scores, second GMAT Q and V scores, what materials have you used to study, are you a native English speaker, etc.?
Thanks, I forgot to tell that. My first Gmat is 460 with Q38 and V17, my second Gmat is 530 with Q40 and V23. I'm not a native English speaker so that's why my Verbal was so bad. I worked on Gmat Prep, Official Guilde 10 and question banks of
Manhattan gmat. I also studied the Gmat grammar book of Gmat club, lessons and tips on forum members. It always took me out of time to finish all questions, so I may need better strategies to manage time; And in the exam, I always felt dizzy looking at long paragraphs of RC and took long to understand what I was reading. Thus I may have to practice reading more, but I'm out of reading sources.
