fawreel, I mistakenly deleted your private message. So I am replying here.
Yes I am saying if you focus on Easy questions you will be able to get 80% in Quant.

Thanks vsaxenaGMAT. So if I want to get a 45 on my math quant for instance, how hard are the questions on that level? I particularly am not that great at thinking outside the box, Im ok at computational skills. Im thinking that if I am able to get 10 hard questions right on the test, 17-18 medium ones and the rest wrong I can still score a 45?
fawreel902, Actually it is very difficult to decide what is tough what is moderate and what is easy. A tough question for GMAT may be easy for you or vice-versa. Any thing which you do not know will be tough for you but it might be a easier question for GMAT. So focus on learning and ensuring that you know all those concepts that GMAT tests. Do not leave any topic mentioned in OG.

That actually makes sense. I was able to score 35 quants on two practice tests without knowing much at all about geometry and I really am vauge when it comes to doing medium to hard probability and permutation problems. That on top of getting questions wrong on topics I know (I believe that happens to the best of us, am I right?) Hopefully if I learn everything, get comfortable on medium questions I can get that 45 in quant

Just be careful. If you get very comfortable only on easy questions, and not ones higher up, you will not likely get the score you want.
