Just for some updates: I wrote an email to GMAT asking them how will it be shown on my score report. They said it will be labeled as "P" Policy Violation on the score reports and lasts for five years.

Was you invited to interviews did you get accepted to any MBA with this P score?

Hi, have you been accepted in a mba/ms program afterall? Did you take gre? Did you manage to cancel your gmat score report?
