Hi!
I'm just getting started with my journey of the GMAT taking. Signed up for the
MGMAT online course and took the first CAT test on their student lab.
I got 540, and it does not look too brilliant. This is the first standardized test I ever take and I'm not a native speaker. With a lot of practices I hope I can improve my score significantly at least by 110.
I do feel that the score of a test such as the one of GMAT can be improved significantly, once you learn the the knacks of the test taking. I mean GMAT seems a test where a deep thinking doesn't help but rather harm (because of the very limited time). You must be able to spot the answer or the method to solve the question right away without having to stop and really think.
I'm hoping the course can help me with these knacks but also am very curious to hear about your experiences of score improvements between the point of zero preparation and after a dedicated study with the
MGMAT course, books etc (2-3 months)? Just hoping to get myself some realistic expectation here!
Thanks!
