My suggestion is no. There's a plethora of reasons why you might have not reached your normal score during that one CAT. If you have a "usual" in the 700+ range, then one bad test isn't worth stressing about.
I do recommend going over the questions you got right and wrong on that exam, making sure you understand the concepts and best strategies to employ. After that, maybe do one more practice test the week before your exam, with targeted practice questions for a little bit each day in between. Remember that on the last day, you should relax your mind. If you MUST do some GMAT work (because it is now part of your routine), then do some easy problems which boost your confidence/let you have some fun.

I wouldn't delay unless you take another mock test and it shows a major difference between the two scores. If you need a good mock test. Go to the Economist GMAT tutor https://gmat.economist.com/ and sign up for a free trial. No credit card info or anything of that nature required, just a name and an email address. It will provide you with a 7 day free trial and included is a simulation exam you can take. Those sim tests are generally accurate within + or - 30 pts. As I said, if you see a major difference between this sim test and the other, then I would put it off just a little longer. If not go for it because from your other projections (700 - 730), you seem like you are doing great already. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask at anytime. Good luck!

Don't worry about it. I scored 700+ on a dozen CATs and 750 on the actual exam but sometimes got as low as 30 in a mock test.
