I scored 440 (Math: 24, Verbal: 27) in my first practice test after only partial Math preparation and not English.I covered topics like Algebra, Integer Properties, Word Problems and Ratios in Math. I am currently aiming to take the final exam in August in order to apply to schools by December 2023. Although I have a full-time job and can only study on weekends. I am wondering if my score is any good and if I have enough time. Has anyone been able to improve their score and apply to schools for the same year, in my condition?

Three to four months is not a lot of time to prepare for the GMAT if you can study only on weekends.
