I gave my first shot in GMAT yesterday and scored 530 .To be honest I didn't study more than 2 hours everyday for the last one month.I am planning to retake the test after a month or so.My target is to get into ISB.Currently I am working as a Lead Consultant in Oracle Retail in a reputed MNC and has a work experience of 6 years.Need suggestions on my target score for getting into ISB.My GPA is 3.4.Also when should I appear for the next round? so that I have my score ready before the application process starts.

try sticking to the basics and practive lot of OG questions which are almost like near real GMAT questions
2 hrs. for 1 month for non natives is a bit lower side.. step up the gas!! take a reasonable amt. of time for your studies. set a achievable target and you are there!!!!!!!!
BEST OF LUCK for your retake
P.S. totally agree with vaibhav. stick with OG mats and preps.. Do mock tests as much as you can but never rely on their scores. GMAT beast is diff from mocks of test prep cos. and can only be tamed by OG mats & GMAT prep
How much do you want to get into ISB vs other schools? I believe the score you want is achievable. However you need to have a solid plan on how to study. Post it here and people will help.
