I'd like to know a bit more about your timeline and goals:
1) Although you did not explicitly state it, is your goal score a 700+?
2) When are you planning to next take the GMAT?
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
4) When you say that your timing was "off" on Test Day, what was the net effect of that? How many questions did you have to rush through (and guess on) just to finish? Did you leave any questions unanswered?
Since you've essentially scored the same twice, "your way" of doing things is probably not going to be enough to help you to hit your goals. You'll likely need to invest in some new resources and learn/practice new tactics. Thankfully, the GMAT is a predictable, standardized Test, so you CAN train to score at a higher level. We just need to make the necessary changes to how you "see" (and respond to) the Test.
