Hei All

I have just taken the Manhattan Cat 1 scored 680(Q 45, V 37 ) , also I have given the Princeton review Cat 1 :- 620 (Q43, V 33 )

Can someone pls explain the discrepancy of 60 points . Which one is the real indicator of the actual GMAT level .

I am planning to give Gmat is another one month and am aiming for 710+ .

PLZ help .

.I am facing the same issue.
Only gmat prep is the real indicator...hav u taken gmat prep test??i hav decided to buy exam quest pack of gmat..as I have exhausted both gmat prep

No ... i have not taken the GMAT prep as of now . I am saving the exams for the a later stage .

I will probably give more mock papers before going for the GMAT prep .

Can you share your scores ?

Be sure to review your mistakes thoroughly so you don't make the same mistakes over and over.

With all the tests that you took, you should compile the list of questions that you got wrong across all of them--then constantly quiz yourself in small pieces with those questions you got wrong.

If you can master these questions, then next time - when you get a similar type of question, there's no reason why you should get it wrong.

But in terms of just practicing, you should spend time on the Practice Pill Platform

Yes, the GMATPrep will give you the closest approximation to your potential GMAT score, but even with GMATPrep there can be significant variation on test day. I usually tell people to be consistently hitting 20 points above their target score before taking the GMAT. As was mentioned, you can buy additional GMATPrep exams if you feel you need additional exams. I tell my students to plan on taking one GMATPrep a month before the exam and another one 1-2 weeks before test day. [At one point you could uninstall and reinstall the program and take the exams again with little chance of seeing problems again, but GMAC may have plugged that whole - p.s. you didn't hear that from me.] GMAC also has GMAT Focus, which is a nice test to help you predict your quant score. I think GMAT Focus is pretty useful, but it's not a free product.
