Priya,

Just to add to the advice, you should add a couple more of b-schools to your application list. Berkeley is very selective for the Indian applicants, so unless you have some great stuff going for you, its going to be a reach.

Retake the GMAT and apply to more business schools like UNC Kenen Flagler, Emory Goizueta, Georgia Tech (Scheller) and Carlson, to name a few- do some research and see which ones meet your criteria.
