In general, the biggest concern for admissions committees is your ability to handle the quantitative rigour of an MBA program. Depending on your background (eg Finance vs Operations) there might be some mitigating factors that help to overcome a 700 score that's carried more by verbal than quant.

I'd advise targeting a quant score above the mid 40's (ie. 46+), otherwise you'll be putting yourself at a disadvantage to other applicants on the most objective measure for MBA admissions.
