Hi i am new to the club. Can any guide me , how to tackle the verbal section especially SC .I had gone through MGmat but still struggling the same .Recently I took a practice test (q 38 v 11) that too i was able to attempt only half of the verbal .Need some guidelines.I have scheduled GAT on sep 23 (Time is running out)
Dont worry. Try going through the grammatical rules and keeping following everyday till your exam and try reading alot in english. the experts in Gmatclub asked me to read the articles in The Economist. Be positive and do not give up. Even I did not do my first exam well...scored really poor....but stay focused and keep working hard. You can do it!!..

Thanks lindt123. I have joined the e-gmat for sc.Hoping for the best
I wanted to chime in here because I noticed the comment from lindt123 about reading The Economist regularly to improve your Verbal score. I echo this idea (and not because I work here!), and also wanted to let you know that The Economist also offers a GMAT prep program. It's 100% free for the first week, and since your test is next month, I'd recommend that you sign up and check out the program Just google “gmat economist tutor,” and it’ll pop right up. What's really great about the free trial is that it includes a one-on-one skype session with a tutor if you have a specific problem you're looking to overcome. I remember taking the GMAT myself a bunch of years ago and wish that something like this was around when I was practicing. Good luck!
