Do you have an Official document with these results listed? I ask because the Q47/V33 would typically be higher than a 640, although there is a possibility that both of these results could get you to a 640. Here's how:
The Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores that each GMATer receives in the Official Score Report are 'rounded' numbers (for convenience); the ACTUAL Scaled Scores are almost never integers though - and it's those actual results that are used to calculate the Overall GMAT Score (out of 800). Since you scored a Q47, I assume that you know the 'rules of rounding'; in the context of the numbers you've listed though, here's how we can account for those results:
A Q47 could actually be any result from a Q46.5 - Q47.499 and the same would apply to your Verbal Scaled Scores.
Thus, the same 'rounded' results could lead to overall Scores that differ by 10 or 20 points. In that same way, the 'overall rounding' could lead one noticeably different Scaled Score to the same Overall Total Score.
