Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knows the reputation of SDA Bocconi at European level. I am not talking about "international reputation" based on the rankings but on the chance you have to get a job outside Italy (Europe) after the MBA.
I have been rejected by Kellogg and it seems that my profile is a strong match with Bocconi ( GPA, GMAT, work experience..) but I am not sure that I want to pursue a career in Italy once finished the program or at least I want to have an international experience (I'm Italian).
I want to specify that my profile is not a really strong match for Bschools such as INSEAD, Said,Judge or LBS (that is more that 1Y program so I didn't even considered that) and that I would have to wait next year anyway. Except for those Bschools I think that SDA Bocconi is a really respectable program but I would like to hear your opinions.
Has anyone any experience of going to work in a different country from the one of the MBA?

Have you reviewed their employment report? Do you have EU work authorization? I have to say I really want to solve this riddle as far as how your profile would be a good fit for SDA but not other European schools or UK schools rather. Because SDA is known for luxury but there's a luxury program at HEC LBS and many other EU schools. By the way LBS can be a one-year program or two year program based on your needs. You might want to give that some consideration because they have a strong luxury program and they also have a very highly regarded reputation globally.

Yes the employe report says that 33% of the students work outside Italy. I'm Italian so I don't have work permit problem, I can work anywhere in Europe. I'm not interested in Luxury of Fashion. I want to focus on marketing and then stay in the medical device field that is the field I come from (I'm a bioengineer).
