Hello!
Has anybody ever encountered an error SE007 on gmat prep test 1? For the second time I am receiving this error and it always pop up right after I finish the quant and verbal and before I start the IR which is frustrating because at this point I am already 2 hours in and can not see my results at the end...
I contacted the customer service but since a week ago no one responded. I was planning to purchase the 3-6 tests but now I am wary of such decidion and furthermore I am scared that such thing might happen on the real test which I plan to take in a week
Please help!

Hm.... not familiar with this one. New error code for me. Sorry about that. Are you getting a score for you Q/V?

Unfortunately, it kicks me out of the session right after the error code and I can not even access the test later. So no scores.
I saw another person also had it (shared on twitter) and came across some error code "SE003" mentioned in the club forums but no remedy anywhere.
The system test runs fine so seemingly it is not be caused by my device or internet
