increasing the seats by given percentages
New no of seats for Statistics, Business studies, and human resources are 70, 105, 140
new ratio is 2:3:4

If the seats are increased by a particular percent, the results should be integer.
—> 5:7:8–> 7:10.5:14 (no)
—> 10:14:16 —> 14: 21: 28 (yes) —> 2:3:4
