Stupid question, but do second-year students fill out the FAFSA again for their second-year? And if so, does that mean you can borrow one set of \$20,500 in loans for your first year, and then another set of \$20,500 for your second year?

I'm trying to determine how much total I need to borrow for two years, and was wondering if I can reduce that by \$20,500 if I can borrow that in the second year's application.

Thanks!
