Hi there! Seeking advice. My first attempt to the GMAT, I went in with minimal studying so that I could get a feel for the exam, and in that sitting I scored a 620 (36 quant, 39 verbal). Of course it became clear I needed to work on my quant, so I spent 3.5 months with 25-hour per week studying quant heavy material. I worked through
Magoosh and
TTP, as well as official practice. Before my second exam, I scored a Q47-49 on each quant section of the 6 official practice tests. I felt super confident and ready to go! However, come test day, I was shocked when I saw my score of 640 (Q39, V39)!!! I feel so defeated and I'm not sure where to go from here. I want to take the GMAT one last time since I don't feel this score is representative of my abilities, but has anyone ever been in the same boat? If so, what did you do to finally get the score you'd been working for?? Appreciate any advice!
