I’m Varatha, a mechanical engineer from India with 11 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Educational Background:
Degree: Mechanical Engineering
CGPA: 8.3 out of 10
Leadership: SAE Collegiate Club Chairman
Early Life: Born and raised in a remote hamlet
School Achievements: Participated in state-level squash competitions
Professional Experience:
Industry: Automobile (11 years)
Roles:
Change Management Lead
Cross-Functional Lead for integration issues
Currently Architecture Manager
International Exposure: Work-related travel to Japan (twice) and visited three countries overall
Extracurricular and Leadership:
Toastmasters: Active for over 1.5 years, served as Club President. Achieved "Smedly Distinguished" under my leadership.
Club winner in evaluation contest and runner up in humourous speech contest in Sep-2024.
Volunteer Work: Aptitude teaching mentor for underprivileged students, helping them prepare for national-level aptitude tests
