Hi, I need some guidance from the "been there, done that"s of this community.
Indian | Overly Represented community | Not a US citizen
M22 | STEM Graduate (Oblivion UG University) | GPA - 4/4
Hired by an IT giant straight out of UG | Worked 6 months
Hired by PwC for Tech Consulting - Entry level Associate in the Analytics team | Starting this May

GMAT #1 Cold mock: 590 (Q 47 V 25): Got tired of reading long-ass RC's for the first time, paused twice.
Will continue to give it until I reach 740+
*Working on verbal right now

EC's: None in UG
Now, as I realize they too are equally important:
Plan to join Toastmasters to improve communication skills
Training to run a marathon within the next 6 months
Certifications that are relevant to business roles on sites like Udacity. Courses that are taught by prestigious universities like Ross etc.

Questions:
EC's, How do I beef up this portion of my profile in the remaining years?
Which parts am I over-estimating and under-estimating?
Realistically, Can I do anything to boost my chances for >50% Scholarships at T15 or T20 schools? Full ride sounds like heaven to me.
Some of you guys can relate to this "A sound advice at the right time can do wonders", so I request you people out there to just take 2 minutes to review it and give your insights. Please be as blunt as you find neccesary.
Respect!
