Hello Everyone,

I am very new to this journey. Apologies, if this question sound Absurd.

I have 4.5 years of work ex, with more than 3 years of experience in operation leadership roles in BPO/KPO. My current position is project manager.

I do not want to pursue masters in project management. How to decide right stream for you? I know it depends on exp, skill and intrest. For these three questions my answer is leadership roles and leading teams is what I enjoy most.can anyone suggest streams for this?

Any insights is appreciated. Thank you.

While all the responses to your questions are very valid, if I were to imagine myself in your situation, I can see they are all difficult to understand. Ping for a free 45 mins 1:1 session for a more detailed discussion over the phone

Hi ShrutiTiwari hope this finds you well.

I understand your dilemma and not being able to find the right guidance that takes into account your areas of interest. I have experimented with and pivoted to multiple domains such as operations, e com marketing, education, and social impact. I would be happy to have a candid discussion with you so that you can get some clarity on the avenues that you could avail.

Best wishes

Hello ShrutiTiwari,

While it is absolutely fine to be in this dilemma of sorts, you will need to chalk out some sort of short-term and long-term plan. Ideally, it should sync with your strengths because that is what employers will recognize as well. The good news is that being in a business school will open to you a world of new ideas and that too will go a long way in shaping where you see yourself headed.

All the best!
