To answer your question, the construction "In the first month of something" can have a few different meanings, depending on the context it is used in; in the case of a product, such as a book, film, etc., it means during the first month after it was released; the same also holds true for any other time period.
What is more important to note here, however, is that all five answer choices use this construction; this means that it cannot be used to eliminate any of the options, so there is no need to give it any real thought. Remember, when eliminating SC answer choices, look for the differences between them to identify splits that you can use to identify incorrect choices.
