I have a doubt in this one. Both of them are complete sentences, but the second one contains a pronoun “I” which doesn’t have an antecedent. Is this a correct sentence ?
Also, what if there is a pronoun in a sentence before semi colon which doesn’t have an antecedent? Will that be correct?

Hi Abhijeet, this is bit of a moot point to discuss, since GMAT sentences are pretty much always in "third person". So, it is very unlikely that you get a sentence in GMAT using pronouns such as I, we, us etc.

Anytime you get a pronoun in GMAT, with no antecedent, it is generally a big red flag. The only exceptions are pronouns such as those.
