gmat test logic/meaning so, if the sentence contain many new words, out meaning analyses would be hard.
I do not understand the totol meaning of this sentence but still get correct because,
checking the meaning relation between a headword and its modifier whether this relation is logic or not
as clause, he war born
mean he was born while some thing happne
