Example:
1) Verb Tense
2) Pronoun Errors
3) Parallelism
4) Modifiers
5) Idioms
6) Active/Passive Voice
7) Concision
Etc..

I don't necessarily look for specific thing every time. But all those things you mentioned are things you should look for.

Almost always I look at subject-verb agreement at first and then all abovenemtioned
