Hi there,
Your GMAT score though valid is dated. That said, a lot working for your with the academic background and international experience. Kellogg and INSEAD sound good but will be very aggressive. Therefore, to add greater feasibility, I would look at adding Darden, Cornell, and possibly a couple of programs ranked between US top ~15 and ~20. Remember, to apply aggressively, you need to apply to a slightly broader portfolio so as to spread the risk well. Thanks.

Hi,
Hope this finds you well.
The GMAT score is very good, especially, your score on the Verbal section. Your target schools sync well with what we would imagine you would want to pursue (guessing since you haven’t shared your post MBA goals). Judging purely from the GMAT point of view and demography, and assuming you will put forth a set of essays that adequately demonstrate your strengths , you stand a good chance. Your post doesn’t have any details pertaining to career progression, extra-curricular activities, etc; hence, tough to provide a very detailed evaluation.
Thanks. :)

Question asked by a member ................. Hi, thank you all for being here! My main question is: what do MBA programs look for in applicants who are applying directly from undergraduate programs, with no real work experience outside of internships? What would be boosters in those scenarios?

Hi there,
You’re welcome! :)
Generally, it is nice to have some work experience. However, in the absence of any, you would definitely want to showcase very strong academics, potential for leadership visible through roles played by you during your internship or on the extra-curricular front, diversity in so far as your overall profile goes. In short, the rest of your profile needs to be stellar.
The video below would be helpful. You could go through it whenever you get a chance.

Good luck!

Hello,
The school you should target would purely depend on your post MBA goals. USA should be your target geography considering 2-year programs are what will be most suitable; with a 720 on the GMAT, you should be looking at schools ranked between US top 18 - US top ~30.
Also, if you have a 3-year undergrad degree, you will also need to check your eligibility with your target schools because some programs do not accept 3-year undergrad degrees. You may ignore this if you pursued a 4 year undergrad degree in India.
Again, details pertaining to your profile are not sufficient for us to give you a very detailed response. :)
All the best!

Hello,
Your academic pedigree and grades look good. However, you haven’t mentioned any details pertaining to career progression, promotions, and extra-curricular activities.
If you are looking at schools such as Kellogg, Booth, Ross, and Haas, you should look at applying with a higher GMAT score (a fine overall profile is anyway needed. :)). You could definitely look at Stern and a couple of other US top ~20 programs.
How well your portray your career goals will also be very important. Ensure that there is strong sync between what you have done so far and where you see your career headed.
All the best!
