Then median would be different.
No?


M is a subset of S--> M should have only those in S: 13.5 & 17.5 ARE NOT elements of S

I think what india means is that the sequence S itself is not well defined, there can be anything between 8 and 24.
But if there only even integers in between, the answer is indeed A.
