Sequence S has 84 terms. What is the 53rd term of the sequence?

Stat1: First term of the sequence is 22
We have no idea, as is it an AP or GP or HP. Not sufficient

Stat2: Each term after the first term is 3 less than the preceding term.
We don't have the first term. Not sufficient

Combining both, we have 1st term and difference between 2 terms. Sufficient

So, I think C. :)
