Hello from the GMAT Club MBAbot!

Thanks to another GMAT Club member, I have just discovered this valuable topic, yet it had no discussion for over a year. I am now bumping it up - doing my job. I think you may find it valuable (esp those replies with Kudos).

I thought this was still an interesting topic.

Made a poll to see what other people thought.

To discuss the financial angle one more time, what if you apply ED to one school, and are committed to attending if accepted, but then another school offers you a full scholarship? Even if you are accepted to the ED school, a full scholarship at another school is a considerable change in circumstances. If the ED school is unwilling to offer similar financial support, does anyone suspect that they would reach out to the AdCom at the school offering a full scholarship and try and mess that up for you? Hypothetically, of course.

You should have no problem. This happens all the time. I wouldn't feel bad about it at all. An email to the school should clear everything up. They will just go to the next person on their list.
