Hi guys.

I would just like to ask if it is possible to set an appointment for the actual test a few days before my desired date?

It will be my first time to take this test.

the only problem is if you want a good time slot. If you sign up that close to the test date, you usually get the 8am or 5pm slots, if any at all. I'm only speaking for the SF Bay Area slots though. Fridays are very impacted. I signed up 1.5 months in advance and still only got a late afternoon slot on a Friday.

I agree with Kryzak. Its always better to schedule at least 20 days before to get the desired date and time slot.

one way to test this theory is to try to schedule a Friday from today. See what times you can get, and keep on doing that every Monday or Friday for the following week, that will give you a good idea of how hard it is to schedule the week of.
