First, understand the meaning of the question.
Who did the name-dropping, featuring, and ranking? Was it "She," or was it the actors, the bank, and the magazines? Of course, it wasn't "She."
So we need the sentence to have these things being done to the "She".
a) This says that she name dropped, but of course she didn't. She was name-dropped. This is out.
b) Same reasoning as above.
c) This gets at the right meaning, and has the correct parallelism: She was name dropped..., was featured..., and was ranked.
d) This has poor parallelism: She was name dropped..., featuring..., and ranking. Either all of them should be was... -ed, or all of them should be -ing.
e) This offers a different meaning to the one we are trying to get at. This is saying that she was name-dropped and featured when she was ranked. But in the original sentence there is no relationship between the ranking happening, and the name-dropping and featuring.
c) is the right answer.
