"She will pay you when you have taken out the garbage."
In this sentence, the timelines of the actions and the tenses are incorrectly linked. The sentence should specify the appropriate timelines of the two actions ('will pay' and 'taking out the garbage')
However, the following sentence is correct: "She will pay you when you take out the garbage."
Here the timeline sof the actions are clearly delineated. The tenses in the actions are clear. The payment will occur when the garbage is taken out.
She WILL PAY you when you HAVE TAKEN out the garbage. = correct Is this sentence correct? She WILL PAY you when you TAKE out the garbage.

Both are correct There's a slight, subtle difference in meaning
"when you have taken out the garbage" = "after you take out the garbage" (don't know how long after)
"when you take out the garbage" = "at the same time as you take out the garbage" or "immediately after you take out the garbage"
