Sundays in year = 52
Tuesday on which she will wear = 12
Total days in year on which she will wear suit = 12 + 52 = 64
Times to be washed = 64/4 = 16
Total cost to dry clean the suit in a year = 16*8 = $128

Hence, OA is (E).

cost per dry clean $8
and frequency after 4 wears
total sundays ; 52 in year and 12 Tuesdays in year ; 64 times suit is worn
so 64/4 ; 16 times it has been dry cleaned ; charges 64*8 ; 128

Total times the suit is worn = 12 + 52 = 64. So Sheila needs to clean it 16 times. Her cost (16*8) = $128.

E is the answer.
