The only way I could imagine the cuboid is as per the attachment.

If we want to find the diagonal then it would be

D^2 = (l+b)^2 + h^2

Then just square root it to find the answer.
= (9+12)^2 + 15^2 = (21)^2 + 15^2 = 441 + 225 = 666 = 9*74

D = 3 sqrt 74.
